really love it - i'd crop the top edge to take the slightly distracting top left diagonal of rock away

..nellyb: ..I disagree about the crop, but that's what makes all this photography stuff interesting (to me) ..This is cropped for a 4:3 computer desktop background ..To keep the 4:3 ratio and lose the rocks in the top left would cramp the bird and remove quite a bit of the context of the photo (IMO)

I understand - I think it's because I often ignore the ratio thing. I wonder what others might do to it in the 'fix my pic' photogroup?

..If I did something "fix my pic" style to it, I'd probably hyper-saturate the colors of the reflection and make the "real" stuff black & white
