War ein Schmaus. Hab einen Riesling dazu geschlabbert. ;)

Die Sauce war auch lecker, nur etwas fett geraten. (Man sieht es auf dem Bild.) Keine Ahnung, ob das so soll. (Habe mich streng an das ital. Rezept gehalten.) Hm … ? ;)
