oh, b. the story of this "repair" is absurd! One morning while I was at my mom's, I was awakened from a sound sleep by the sound of what I thought was the street sweeper. Tried to go back to sleep, but the noise wouldn't go away. What the???!! Got out of bed and made a still very sleepy death crawl to the kitchen and took a bleary look out the window to find an old, beat up pickup truck (with some sort of weird apparatus in the back end) moving at about -5 mph down the street. In addition, there was a guy walking along behind it "sweeping" the street with some sort of airbrush. Later, same outfit went through again with the tarring mechanism and so, all this crap that you see is the "new and improved" street, which looks positively the same as it did before they came through. Can you imagine?? I showed one of my co-workers this series of pics and when he saw this, his exact words were, "Damn! They need to get that shit fixed!" haha told him it just had been. :)
