Wonderful!! Perfect results - they've held the interiors nicely. I've tried baking rolls in the past and they are quite difficult to do!

kato, thanks - actually these are quite easy to do. the base is a (not too) sweet basic yeast dough, covered with a thin layer of plum butter, and chunky apple compote plus almond slivers. If you cut the logs with a serrated knife, it should work like a charm :-)

I just adooooore this apple and cinnamon rolls!!! My favourite are like these ones with laminated almonds... yyuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
