It all looks really great! Except for the kohlrabi - what is the point of that vegetable??!! I've never found a way of cooking it that can disguise the fact that it's just a swollen cabbage stalk, and eating it raw is like eating cabbage-flavoured polystyrene! Unless you know a good thing to do with it?

StevieB: well, I love Kohlrabi - in a herbed goat cheese sauce, or raw as slaw, or with a roasted shallot dressing I found in Madhur Jaffreys "Vegetarian", as cordon bleu, in a soup with slices of 'fuet' sausage...
