What does it taste like?

It looks a little bit like brioche bread... I guess the taste is similar?
But why is it called Hokkaido milk bread? Hokkaido is a pumpkin sort isn't it?
Yes, it is a lot like brioche but lighter. probably because there isn't a ton of butter in it ;)

just use all purpose flour

@Ish: ok, that will do. There is a kind of bread flour here. Have to try it when I am back.
