Looks very good!
What does it taste like?

it is soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet, a little like challah, perfect for jam or french toast.

Yummi :-)

It looks a little bit like brioche bread... I guess the taste is similar?
But why is it called Hokkaido milk bread? Hokkaido is a pumpkin sort isn't it?

Hokkaido is an island in Japan as well as a pumpkin, and afaik the recipe is from Japan.

Yes, it is a lot like brioche but lighter. probably because there isn't a ton of butter in it ;)

@Marie: East Coast - Maritimes - New Brunswick - Fredericton - Church Street

@Ish: ok, that will do. There is a kind of bread flour here. Have to try it when I am back.

@Nase: I am jealous
