here in san diego there's a bakery that makes fennel bread, different but rather tasty
these lentils look great!
in mexico we make them similar and add fried bananas (like in Cuban style) when you serve them and well bacon bits or chorizo but then the healthy part is gone ;)

I've had black bean soup with bananas, this was astonishingly good. And chorizo adds good protein to your meal :-)
