hola dhania, i've been a little away from 23 but i am back ;) how nice to see you have mexican kaffee here! i can see the roast is not very dark, usually Mexican or Colombian coffee are not dark roast... i wonder how did you like this type of coffee? did you drink it by itself? or just used to cook?
by the way, the state of Chiapas in south Mexico is one of the most beautiful places to visit! hope you can make it there one day... guten Tag :)

hola bere,
I bought this for my French press and I wanted a lighter roast - so yes I do drink it by itself, it is a nice coffee I like a lot. I may try the espresso roast to use in my Gaggia when this pound is finished :-)

oh very nice dhania, you know? i usually prefer darker roast when i use my French Press... i am a but weird so almost every day i change my mood in using french press or regular coffee maker, heh heh... and i usually keep the lighter roast for the dripping method... but just a week ago a friend gave me a pound of Dunkin Donuts cofee! with a medium roast and i tried it on the french press, very nice!! i am glad you are enjoying mexican coffee :)
