I'll wait a while to buy. First of all I'm not a fan of buying just when things come out. Better let the masses find the major flaws/errors if there are any. That's also why I'm waiting a while to buy an iPod Touch... Even though that thing sure is sweet(=can't wait for the iPhone to come in a better edition with a better camera and 3G)

Blah blah @ Steffen ;-). I'll still let the masses deal with all the problems of 1st gen. products :-D

The big difference is, that Leopard is software. There will be updates that will fix bugs. Which is not the case if you buy an iPhone with hardware problems.

But why not still wait a little while and have a better chance of getting a less buggy product from the start :-)

Regarding software I tend to trust products from Apple without hesitation. A few months ago I worked on the pc platform and I did'nt trust everything new from Windows the same way at all.

So far Leopard act nicely - BUT my Firefox browser disappeared after the installation and had to be re-installed. Weird!

Well I do trust Apple more than Windoze. But regardless of who've made the software, I wanna back everything up before I switch to a newer OS. Therefore I'm waiting a little to upgrade. I need another external drive before I can back up my data.
