Do you know who this is meant to be?

Reminds me a bit of a Benjamin Franklin statue but the face is a bit thinner.

I can't remember who it was. I wish I had taken the plaque that was underneath the statue. He does look a bit like Benjamin Franklin.

Thanks Leo. I had decided it couldn't be Benjamin Franklin because he never had a moustache (that I've ever heard!). :)
