Can you believe it? Spanish football team have won two (yes, two) consecutive games! Hahaha... I don't like football except when my brother Candi is playing the match but I confess I usually enjoy international competitions like the Eurocup. It's even more funny because of the natural pessimism that traditionally Spanish people reserve to our national team (absolutely deserved, of course xd).

The Spanish team is one of my favourits this year. Yesterday they won deservedly imho! My other favourits are Portugal, Netherlands (top!) and our team. But the Russian team is also very strong, I think.

hahaha... I have no idea about football, dear ^_^ I only follow it because it's a funny way to share a time with the family and because my brother plays it as amateur. But you can be sure about one think: Spain will be fired out before the semi final xdxdxd

and Brasil has gone down twice! Against Venezuela and Paraguay. We will match Argentina on wednesday, probably the third loss in a row. I guess it never happened in brazilian soccer history...

Oh Thomas, I didn't know it! My brother says it must be hard for a Brazilian to see how his team loses two games. Here in Spain we have assumed the role of our national team with a kind of resignation, just like if it was impossible to win an international competition. But I guess that's not the case in your country, isn't it?

I'd like to watch Spain and Germany match for championship, but I believe Russia will defeat Spain tomorrow.

No way, dear! ;-) Spanish team won them once and they will do it again tonight :-) (oh, this is the typical highly euphorical period of time we usually get in Spain before our navy goes to England or our football team plays a semifinal xdxd)

hahaha... Spanish people are almost bipolar with our national team: we go from a state of total disillusionment to the most unstoppable euphoria without any transition. Lets wait until Sunday night (20:45 gmt+2) to view the result ;-)

as I said, also second place is not to be scoffed at :-)

if Germany passed the qualifications, per law, they have to win the world championchip (2006 third at the world cup, now second at the Euro, 2010 world champion in south africa) :-D
