NZ's a beautiful country; did you also visit Rotorua, with its boiling mud springs, or the Buried Village near Tarawera?

yes i have been in rotorua. and also have some pictures of it - maybe i load some of them up.
we have been in wakarewarewa - i think this is not the buried village ...

I'd really like to see your Rotorua photos :-) When i lived there, you had to be careful where you stepped in Kuirau Park because of the hot springs but they've fenced around most of them since then, i think.
No, Whakarewarewa is not where the Buried Village is. Many years ago, this village was drowned in the lava flow from the volcano of Mount Tarawera.
