Apply blur to the background and try to enhance the colours without creating noise. And try to give it a relly basic HDR look.

I do not know the original photo, but the foreground object is definitely catching the eye: sharp and vivid colours.

I would cut off the red part on the left. Especially its red colour distracts.

Why do you want to achieve an HDR effect? Just for the fun of it or do you have something in mind?

I'm with Serge, cut off that red piece in the left, re-upload and you will have a near perfect picture.
