yes helen, the colors were unusually bright for a cementery, even a mexican one, kitsch & surreal applies to the whole country though, you'd love to be around with your camera here :)

Your Mexican angel looks completely differently than my European one (http://www.23hq.com/mertens/photo/3122928).
However I think they will get along with each other rapidly.

oh i am sure they'll get along well dear Philipp, there's certain affinity when it comes to angels... specially the ones in cemeteries!
