That's so colourful, it's like the whole range from raw to over-ripe.

they taste a little bit like tamarind Thilo, but they are not bitter at the end, just sweet flavor, and they have a little black seed in the middle that you don't eat! hope when you make it to Autlan you can try them (and like them!)
