Thank you mramshaw! Not an extremely creative photograph, but I
noticed the clouds playing along in the symmetry of the scene, and
thought that was worth a snap...

Thanks for the background links.

I have been waffling over this lens versus the Sigma, I like this better.

Everything looks very natural here; the Sigma seems to have a yellow cast.

Still a very nice picture, the trees as natural vignettes work well.

I almost sold this lens. It's a great lens indeed, but as my main camera
was an EOS 5D (full frame), the incompatible EF-S 10-22 was stowed
away and not being used. Unfortunately, I had an accident with my 5D,
so now that one is stowed away and I am using my backup camera
instead, an EOS 40D, and now I am glad I didn't sell the 10-22!

Thank you for the info, I just discovered that I already had some buildings from this architect in front of my lens. Nice to know...
