Apricots; juicy and very sweet. A zillion light years away from most commercially grown varieties. From my sister's garden. One week before and the branches had to be supported; the tree was laden with fruit and the tree had only been planted the year before!

Really nice when a new plant proves worth the space it takes up. I will tell my pear tree" all about it and see if it gets inspired. ;o)
My Sister and Brother-in-law were very surprised and I can assure you it isn't normal, neither the precocity of this little tree nor its productivity!
I am just glad the cursed thing does not take up space at Friedrichshafen. The next fruit tree I buy must be a pagan so I can ask Demeter easier to make it perform by force if needed. ;o)
Serously, it's an issue about varieties that cam be used to polinate each other ro buying self-pollinating breeds. Some fruit trees are easier there than others it seems.
