And judging by the nasty speck in the top of the photo I need to clean my lense. Any suggestions?

Wow... real... candles. What a trip--and what a beautiful, twinkly tree! Ever any fires?

@Susan: Yep, real candles. Not uncommon around these parts. We burned some flags that were on the tree one year, but never any fires that didn't put themself out in 2 seconds. :o)

@Andreas: Snaps... I guess why not. Lord knows my parents have a lot of lying around during this season...
