Translation, please?

Hmm, I'm not that good at translating space invaders, but the rest means something like "residents are allowed". Sort of. Dutch is a bit similar to my local dialect :) Well, and to German, of course, as well.

"Residents are allowed"??? Well, the boy on the traffic sign doesn't looks like a resident. Not on this planet, at least. :-)

Thanks Feli!

If he is an invader, he can be a resident now, can't he? :-)

BTW, I am still waiting for your album on "original traffic signs", you have plenty of them, now!

literally: except dedicated traffic; means no through traffic. Anybody have a guess for the scratched-out word? Audis?

So it means you can pass if your intention is invading some building in the zone, and this avoids having too much FOs hanging around. Sounds good to me. :-)

Yep, it basically means: "no invaders, except for invading purposes".
