It is hard to see white powder against most other colours under blue light. So, many bathrooms in larger downtown clubs do this to discourage people from using such drugs in their bathrooms.

afaik you cannot see the veins under these lamps which may be on reason they are used for the diagnosis of skin conditions... see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_light

clvrmnky; I doubt it, the white powder should be glowing like hell, anything white glows under these bulbs

intravenous injection? it is really rare here...
most of users just snort it through the nose, but both methods are declining because other synthetic drugs are much easier to "apply".

big health issue, hard to deal with all over the world, no matter which drugs are.

By the way, Rest In Peace Albert Hofmann, inventor of LSD, died of heart attack last tuesday... at age of 102!!!
