..you know, if you ever get bored of pasta, try fresh made (if you do it your self even better ;D ) pasta... I looooove pesto with fresh made sepia tagliatelle! ;D

Yes, home-made pesto blows the bought stuff out of the water! And making it in a mortar and pestle rather than a food processor adds to the pleasure. Like grinding your coffee beans in a manual coffee-grinder, there's something about using a slow and deliberate method that makes the whizz-bang of electric kitchen equipment seem almost alienating!
