This is sooo neat! My church-pictures of Barcelona are so crappy! Hardly light, small camera..and shaky hands ;)

Thanks, FrauFeli! I have to give credit to my camera here - the D300 has such excellent low-light capability that shots that would otherwise be impossible become possible!

No, Volker, this was hand-held. But as I commented, the D300 has excellent low light capability. This was at ISO500 and 1/30th. Because the focal length is so short, it's not as hard to hand-hold at 1/30th as it would be for a lens of "normal" focal length. My main problem was not falling over backwards as I took the shot!! :)

Yes, 10,5mm is very short. Nice lens you have.
Next time try to lie on your back! So you couldn't fall! ;-)
