What kind of fisheye lens are you using in these architectural shots?

It's Nikon's 10.5mm lens, specially designed for DX format digital SLRs. Obviously in shots like this, the original fish-eye image has been corrected to rectilinear using software - in this case Optics Pro, I think. But there's a GIMP plug-in that works well (PanoTools) for free.
