I dont think thats a dog rose, because it smelled nice. R. rubignosa occures naturally at the foot of the alps, R rugosa is present as invasive and Rosa alpina is intentionally propagated by the nature park, but the later should be more colour intense.

I know now the differences. Should be a Sweer Briar. IOW, R. rubignosa. Shrubbery of that is very common here, varies in colour in a scale from all white to dark flesh pink like pork chops, smells nice but a bit fresh and light, not as intoxicating and heavy as other well smelling roses, grows mean irregular thorns and wider than long very fleshy hips, great for jams.
