Guess the poor frog was less enthused. There are two overgrown little artificial ponds in the bend of the deadwater where amphibians are to breed and distribute from. The third and smalest of the ponds however is scraped nearly bare. It is not much larger than a bathtub, but with a steep slope and serves as a convenient source for birds needing mineral building materials. This frog must have walked up the dam between ponds and taken the wrong way. Now it had a contrast like an emerald on a decoltee and sat motionless.
