Usego was a chain of grocery stores, present in every village for many decades until about 1999; here in Oberried you can still find the Usego alleyway.

Glad you like it MickPt! Those with a car are lucky, they can drive to the next town to shop in one of the supermarkets; older people and those without car are not so happy about the vanishing village stores...
