Crazy: It was okay. It was about 8% alcohol so it was pretty "heavy".

I think my favorite beer right now is a danish local beer called "Fynsk Forår" or in english "The spring of Funen"... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fyn

8%? In some places this would be a beer for children and invalids :)

There is a beermaking tradition in Belgium and Quebec that involves a second ferment. Some of these are a little over 12% and come in litre bottles.

A "one beer after work" suddenly means something very different.
