Hmmm... for once this is a perfect decorative wildlife art photograph, and from the pose it might be well the one more popular with nature lovers in general. So cute how it holds its prize berry! :o)

That said -- as a birder I got to tell you that any ID from this alone without the companion shot would have been impossible. Sans a good view of the telltale redish wash it the light plumes on the side seen beneath it's wing, its just identical with a Song Trush and could as well be a North American Hermit's Trush. :o(
