I hope that great misty light is due to humid cool air in the morning, not smog or wildfires...

@Sonja: Thank you for your comment. The mist is indeed due to humidity which is quite common early in the morning in Oporto, over the river and during certains periods of the year. Please check the next 2 pictures, taken on the same day but on the opposite river bank.

Ah, then it is doubly nice, a fesh cool morning!
The fires from the heat ravaging your poor country have been in our news so often this summer so I just was afraid this looks just pretty incidently but got a less than desirous cause...
