* Butternut-Gratin. Das Rezept basiert lose auf dem Kürbis-Gratin von Datenhamster. Ich hatte keine getrockneten Tomaten da, habe diese daher durch einfach konzentriertes Bio-Tomatenmark ersetzt. Der Büschel Feldsalat dient nur der Dekoration.
