James Gillingham is the co-founder and managing director of Finxflo.As managing director, James is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success. He is an expert in managing advanced business strategic objectives.James has more than 13 years of experience, building, developing and expanding multinational organizations. His deep knowledge of financial markets, digital currency and fintech play a pivotal role all business areas. Prior to founding Finxflo, James founded JageroFX, a highly successful startup based in Mayfair London,developing highly complex automated trading algo’s. He incepted the company, built it from the ground up. He started alone, until he sold the company years later with over 25 staff and an extremely profitable business.Before that, James worked for International Asset Management assisting in the management of 4BN fund of funds and Close Brothers, a British based leading merchant banking group. Prior to this, James was a professional sportsman.In his free time, James thoroughly enjoys to help others, gifting time and knowledge for various good causes.
