(By the way, more than one louse are lice - one of English's many irregular plurals! And I think these would be called aphids or blackfly in English rather than plant lice - at least I've never heard them referred to as lice. Not that it matters in the slightest!!) :))
But lice comes from the German Blattlaus and translated to english... leaf louse. I like these translation.... Ice bear...
