Frösö Zoo
This is pictures from Frösö Zoo, located on the island Frösön in the lake Storsjön, close to the city Östersund in the middle of Sweden. It’s the only zoo so far up in the north that shows non domestic or Nordic exotic animals like tigers, lions, tropical monkeys and so on. They also have the largest indoor exhibition of tropical animals in Sweden. In that building they also have a museum showing nature from all over Sweden, from the south up to the high north.
Of course they also have domestic and Nordic animals. Just look at the pictures and discover the lynx, the arctic polar wolf and so on. Don’t miss Frösö Zoo if you are close by!
