The building was designated a New York City landmark in 1979 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies (FPWA), formerly the Federation of Institutions Caring for Protestant Children, is a social services institution in New York City founded in 1920. |
