They don't encompass meeting instructions or any gear, but the entire element is quite smooth to bring together if you have Allen wrenches, an adjustable crescent wrench, a trendy Philips head screwdriver, and a few commonplace feel. Pedals don't appear very sturdy although, just the plastic screw-in kind, kinda involved they're going to come back off a few day, I'd propose ordering after-market pedals and brakes. And the inexperienced phrases you notice are reasonably-priced vinyl stickers, not paint. The size is 17", NOT 20". 20" is the wheel length simplest. Toptube is 17".
